Just so I'm understanding this correctly, can you confirm that your statement is that because we dropped some items for people to loot in the arena during this single event in a single system in a rather large videogame we were insulting everyone who couldn't be there? Do you have any suggestions for how this could be improved upon? It's a difficult question and I'm very curious to hear opinions about improvement.
